Retainer and Payment.

The amount paid to secure this special, as well as any additional payment(s) made toward an existing balance, is considered a non-refundable retainer for the Photographer to perform the services specified within the offer. Upon payment, the Photographer will offer options and reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties.

(This may consist of the Photographer offering a self-booking calendar option with availability that changes regularly.

Please note that until officially reserved, dates are not guaranteed.)

The Client agrees that this retainer is earned by the Photographer when paid, and is remitted in consideration of the experience, reputation, skill of the Photographer, and in consideration of the inability of the Photographer to schedule other clients during this time. In the rare event that the Photographer becomes unavailable for a scheduled session, the Client will be given priority in selecting a new date/time from the then-current Photographer availability calendar.

Payment in-full for added services (for example, Shower set, Diamond Tub, Wardrobe consult etc shall be received at least two weeks prior to scheduled appointment times and is not refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date as indicated below.

Once purchased, the special must be used within the stated deadline or it is forfeited.

Rescheduling/Late Arrivals.

In the event that the Client requests to reschedule, the retainer and all payments shall be applied to a rescheduled date if notice is given at

least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.

Requests to reschedule less than 7 days prior to a session time may result in a $150 rebooking fee.

Rescheduled session dates must be within thirty (30) days of the original session on a date amenable to the Photographer's typical calendar.

Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session.

Clients shall not be compensated for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival of the Client.

Cancellation.

If the Client fails to show on the photographic session date, the full retainer and all other payments shall be forfeited.
